Seniors Supplement

The Seniors Supplement concession provides assistance with payment of regular living expenses including electricity, gas, rates and car registration fees.

From 1 September 2009, the Supplement is available to eligible to Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders.

The concession replaces the Seniors Concession Allowance and Telephone Allowance.

The Seniors Supplement is not taxable and is not income or assets tested. It is payable while you are entitled to a Commonweath Seniors Health Card.
